Invitation to Stakeholder Consultation workshop NARA

Fisheries sector directly impact upon the economy and more importantly the livelihoods of people in the country. National Aquatic Resources Research and Development Agency (NARA) as an apex national institute on the subject of aquatic resources in Sri Lanka  is dealing with this sector in many ways in terms of advising to the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development on issues, setting annual action plans and undertaking research based on priorities.

The workshop will be inaugurated by the Hon. Mahinda Amaraweera, Minister of Fisheries & State Minister of Mahaweli Development and Mrs.W.M.M.R.Adikari Secretary , Ministry of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development.
