The new chairman of National Aquatic Resources Research and Development Agency, Prof. Daya Edirisinghe, assumed duties on May 14, 2018 at NARA.
He succeeded Dr.Anil Premaratne. Prof. Edirisinge told that he will do his best to help research and development to achieve the target of aquatic resources
development of the country. Officials from Ministry of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development participated to the occasion.
