Dilip Wedaarachchi, State Minister to the Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development, Prof. Daya Edirisinghe, former Chairman of NARA, Dr. H.M.P.Kithsiri, Deputy Director General of NARA, and Rear Admiral Sisira Jayakody of SLNAVY participated for this occasion.
