  • Comparison of weight yield and quality of Talang Queen (Scomberoides commersonianus) fish fillets dried under traditional method and heavy salting method -2012.
  • Effect of bringing prior to dry salting on weight yield and quality of salted dried Atlantic herrings (Clupea harengus ) -2012. 
  • Evaluation of the shelf life of hot smoked herrings (Amblygaster sirm) under different packaging and storage conditions-2011.
  • Physiochemical changes of salt fermented herrings (Amblygaster sirm) during storage -2011.
  • An Investigation on the quality and handling practices of the Katsuwonus pelamis (Skipjack tuna) along the main commercial channels from Beruwala fishery harbor-2004.
  • Development of salted-dried fish hamburger using sardinella longiceps-2002.
